It seems like there’s a trend with PlayStation Plus to put the big game of the month at the first week. Battlefield 3 is leaving PlayStation Plus, and is being replaced with Hitman Absolution.
In addition to the game, some Deus Ex themed DLC will be coming free, and there will be a discount on Sleeping Dogs, if you didn’t already get that through PlayStation Plus.
For the rest of the month, we have the following to look forward to:
- Bit.Trip Presents Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien
- Star Wars Pinball (Cross Buy)
- Darkstalkers: The Chaos Tower (PSP/Vita)
- Machinarium (Vita)
Machinarium was already free on PlayStation 3, so… okay, cool, I guess? Personally, I own all of these, either on PS3/Vita or on different platforms. That’s the thing with PlayStation Plus; you can’t always get what you want. Regardless Darkstalkers: The Chaos Tower is a unique title, combining the mechanics of all previously released Darkstalkers titles. It was originally a PSP launch title, but it still looks okay.
escapeVektor, Wicked Monsters Blast, and Superfrog HD will see discounts, and there’s a sale on pretty much every Rayman game. The Vita version of Rayman Origins is the cheapest its ever been, and I may buy at that price, which is $6.75.

I don’t even know how many GBs I need to delete so that Hitman: Absolution could download. Damn PS3 space juggling x_x
