Alex and I were able to go hands on with Saints Row IV. After our 30 minutes session Saints Row IV Lead Designer, Scott Phillips took some time out from his sure to be insane E3 schedule to chat with me about not only the game, but expectations from Saints Row Fans, the basic premise of the game and cameos.
