As I said about 80 million times in podcasts and in articles on this website, Decapre has now been revealed as the final character for Ultra Street Fighter 4. She plays a lot like Juni from Street Fighter Alpha 3, because she is a charge character. She can do cannon drills in the air and can also do some kind of eye laser move that has a propensity to cross up.
Decapre is one of Bison’s 12 dolls, one named for each month. Here’s her trailer:

I guess it’s a result of Capcom not having a lot of money in the bank, that they can’t even afford to create an original character model. Clone characters are never cool, just look at SSBMelee, quantity does not equal quality. The game probably going to be good, but the fact is that making a clone character shows Capcom look lazy or they really don’t have the resources. Sorry, but that’s a buzz kill, for me…
