Capcom has announced Resident Evil: Revelations’s Infernal Mode for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii U and PCs. Infernal Mode is an extreme difficulty mode that is more challenging than the standard Easy or Normal modes. It mixes the enemy and item placement so those that have played this game on the Nintendo 3DS will find the game new and more difficult.
Jill Valentine and her new partner Parker Luciani head to the middle of the Mediterranean sea in search Chris Redfield aboard of an abandoned cruise ship. Search the ship and explore under water as you look for clues and attempt to escape the evil that lies in wait. Use your Genesis Scanning equipment to search for hidden items and enemy weaknesses. Resident Evil: Revelations offers a unique and challenging way to play with an alternate aiming perspective. You can aim in first person mode or over the shoulder in third person mode, whichever fits your play style.
Resident Evil: Revelations was originally developed for the Nintendo 3DS and released on February 7, 2012 in North America. It is getting an HD remake and released on all the consoles on May 21, 2013 in North America and May 24, 2013 across Europe. The digital version will release for PlayStation Network (PSN) and PC on May 21 with a digital version of the Xbox 360 and Wii U set to release later.
