Epic Games has confirmed that Gears of War: Judgment will include microtransactions in the in-game store when the game launches on March 19. Gears of War: Judgment will offer temporary XP gains ranging between 80 MS Points and 800 MS Points. This will help players who don’t have much time to spend in multiplayer, and allow them to rank up more quickly without as much grinding.

- 320 MS Points = 50 Match Double XP boost
- 560 MS Points = 100 Match Double XP boost

Dead Space 3 launched with microtransactions that let the player purchase weapon mods and resources, while Activision added microtransations to Call of Duty: Black Ops II last week.
