Pizza Hut has launched a new app for the Xbox 360 that allows you to order your favorite Pizza Hut favorites, like pizza, pasta, and wings. The entire menu is available from the Xbox 360 app and it can link to your pizzahut.com account to grab your favorite orders and closest restaurants.

Don’t laugh, folks. Pizza Hut has been on the technological cutting edge of pizza ordering for a very long time. Pizza Hut was on the Internet just as the world wide web was entering the consciousness of mankind. Here they are in 1996. Fast forward to 2005, and Everquest 2 launches a new chat command: “/pizza” orders from Pizza Hut while you are playing, so you don’t even have to alt-tab out of the game. Finding new and exciting ways to order innovative items like the Crazy Cheesy Crust Pizza, which contains pockets of an Italian 5-cheese blend in the crust, is in Pizza Hut’s DNA.

The Xbox 360 Pizza Hut app even features Kinect support, so you can simply gesture to add toppings. Even easier, you can use your voice! For the first time ever, you can order a pizza using just your voice.
