PlayStation Plus offers Knytt Underground for free on PlayStation 3 and Vita. This was on sale a few months ago, but now this zen-like Metroidvania title is completely free. I don’t know why I didn’t purchase the game at the time, but I guess I’m glad I didn’t.
There’s also some discounts on games not yet released, but available for preorder on PlayStation 3. GRID 2, a racing game and sequel to the simulation-style racer GRID is 10% off, at $53.99, and Metro: Last Light, sequel to Metro 2033 (which was never released on the PlayStation 3), is 20% off, at $47.99. These discounts are only available to PlayStation Plus members.
If you haven’t checked out the new Indie Games section of the PlayStation Store, there are various PlayStation Plus discounts available there, and some will continue to the end of the month.
Mega Man 9 & Mega Man 10 (sold as a combo pack, thus counting as a single game) will be leaving the store tomorrow. I highly recommend these two titles, so please pick them up if you haven’t already.
