Bungie studios is releasing the Destiny gameplay video they demoed at last months E3. This is the same gameplay demo that was shown at Sony’s press conference and at Bungie’s booth. It also has the same developer commentary that seemed out of place in this video. The video shows how players can join up to explore the world, take on enemies and join a public event. Regardless of the commentary, Destiny looks amazing. I was really impressed with the games visuals and weapons. I’m looking forward to seeing more of these video reveals from Bungie in the future.

Destiny is set 700 years in a post apocalyptic future where humanity once moved from planet to plant colonizing our solar system. This was known as the Golden Age and it all came to an end. Now, a mysterious entity known as the Traveler sits over the last city on Earth. Hostile alien forces have taken control of the planets humanity once colonized and are now encroaching on our last stronghold.

Destiny promises a lot of elements that are different from the traditional MMO and I can’t wait to see and play everything the game has to offer. Take a look at the video for yourselves and tell us what you think.
