Are you using the new Xbox One Headset Adapter? Are you getting cracking audio at seemingly random times? Here’s the fix: With your headset plugged in (including chat mic), hold down the power button on the Xbox One for 5 seconds or so in order to shut it completely off. Turn it back on, and you should be good to go.
