Yes. The “teaser” Sony revealed during their Gamescom press conference (which is actually free to download and play on PS4 today) is actually a brand new Silent Hill helmed by Guillermo del Toro and stars Norman Reedus of Walking Dead fame and developed by Kojima Productions. The game appears to be running on FOX Engine. We should’ve known.
